All our prices include one free no-obligation consultation, one treatment visit, after-care and one follow-up visit. These prices are a guide as the actual treatment price can only be determined after a consultation. Terms & Conditions
Consultation – Free however a £20 refundable booking fee is required to secure appointment. This is returned if no treatment booked or redeemable against any treatment booked . Cancellation policy as below applies.
Booking fee – £50 is required for all treatments worth £ 100 or more to secure an appointment with final dues to be settled before treatment. We reserve the right to cancel your appointment if this is not paid in time. Booking fee will become non-refundable and non-transferable if an appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment.
Cancellations & Postponements- Any cancellations or postponements should be made as soon as possible. Where a delay is necessary, a new appointment should be booked within ten working days from the day of cancellation. All cancellations or postponement requests must be submitted in writing by email or text message. We reserve the right to refuse treatment where we deem it inappropriate and do not provide procedures to anyone under the age of 18 years.
Payment– These can be made via all major debit or credit cards, bank transfers, Apple Pay or cash before the treatment. We do not accept cheques.
Unsatisfactory results– If you are unhappy with the result of your treatment then you should let us know as soon as and within 14 -28 days of treatment for injectable treatments by booking in for a follow-up appointment. This is so that we can identify and correct any issue as soon as possible, and where appropriate to discuss other ways of resolving the problem. We will not be held responsible for a correction conducted by another clinic at your request and without our prior authorisation.
Claims & Refunds– If you are unhappy with your outcome and would like to make a complaint or request a refund, you should make a written request to us within 28 days for treatment. Your claim will then be assessed by us and our insurance provider (if necessary) before a refund (full or partial ) can be processed. The whole process can take up to 30 working days. Where our insurance company is involved, they may contact you directly for further information to validate the claim.
Gift Vouchers- All our gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the day of purchase. They are non-refundable and non-transferable and can be used to pay for treatments or skincare products.
Offers & Promotion- All free vouchers issued as part of an offer or promotion can only be redeemed against a full price in-clinic treatment (excluding prescription-only treatments such as some anti-wrinkle treatments). All free vouchers are valid for a month from the date of issue unless specifically stated.
